Boyertown Community,

Due to congestion prior and following varsity football games in Memorial Stadium, the Athletic Department will be implementing the following immediately.  Please refer to the maps via https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1vdASNUKsfq3AFAWhkmjeRNEpwprJXDhYKBh3NK436RA/edit?usp=sharing

1. Parking in the East Parking lot will be limited.  Section 1 will only be available for game personnel, visiting teams, and access granted by the Athletic Department.  This lot will be zoned off at approx. 3:30 pm.  Access (entry and exit) to the East lot & Section 1 will only be available via Madison Street and Kehl Street. These lots are extremely limited.

   1. This will allow a safe place for our spectators and ticket personnel to enter and exit the stadium.

2. The access road leading from the upper back lot to the east lot will be closed at 3:30 pm.  All traffic from the upper back lot must exit via Monroe Street

3. Lower back lots must all enter/exit via Monroe Street.

We urge all spectators to park in the upper and lower lots behind the school and next to Bear Park and Bear Stadium.  

Please plan accordingly for your arrival and departure from Memorial Stadium.  These changes are being put into place for the safety of all spectators and student-athletes accessing the stadium during very crowded events.
